Who doesn’t love long drives, right?

But sometimes it becomes tedious to go on long journeys.

To top it off, if you have kids in the car it becomes a Herculean task to keep them occupied and entertained.

Keeping the discomforts of traveling my car in mind, we bring to you a collection of 10 games that you can play in the car.

1. 20 Questions

A mind-bending classic where players guess what someone is thinking of using yes-or-no questions. Great for all ages and guaranteed to spark laughs.

Requirements:

  • Just your imagination

How to Play:

One person silently thinks of an object, person, or place. Everyone else takes turns asking yes-or-no questions to figure it out. You get only 20 questions as a group to guess correctly. If someone figures it out, they go next. If not, the thinker reveals the answer at the end.


2. I Spy

A simple visual game that’s perfect for keeping little ones entertained while giving adults a quick challenge too.

Requirements:

  • The world outside your car windows

How to Play:

A player starts by saying “I spy with my little eye, something beginning with…” and gives a clue like a color or letter. The others guess what the item is based on what they can see. Whoever guesses it right gets to spy next, and the game continues.
